Your registration submission is not a contract and does not bind the Creepers Car Club.
Ensure all fields in the registration form are completed. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
Registrations are processed in the order they are received.
Participation approval is based on various factors, including product category and event balance.
Event locations are assigned by Creepers Car Club and may be subject to change.
Only registered participants (with all fees paid) will be permitted to join the Fun Run. On-site registration and payment will not be available.

To ensure a diverse and engaging experience for attendees at the Creepers Car Club Fun Run 32, please adhere to the following activity guidelines:

All types of items you intend to offer must be listed on your application form.

Creepers Car Club reserves the right to limit the number of applicants providing any particular vending type.

Creepers Car Club will determine which vendors are approved to maintain a balanced variety and quality of service for the public's enjoyment.
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience at the Creepers Car Club Fun Run 32, please note the following additional requirements:

Each vendor is responsible for providing their own tables and chairs.

All booths will be located on grass or gravel surfaces.

Canopies are permitted; however, no pegs may be used in the concrete. Sandbags and other appropriate means of support are acceptable.
To ensure a coordinated setup and a seamless experience for all participants at the Creepers Car Club Fun Run 32, please take note of the following schedule:

Mandatory Check-In: Vendors are required to check in at the Vendor Check-In before setting up. Please check in upon arrival to receive information regarding the location of your booth and parking space.

For your convenience, the Vending Committee will be available to assist you on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Please refrain from arriving on-site before 9:00 a.m.
As a participant in the Creepers Car Club Fun Run 32, it's important to uphold certain standards to ensure a pleasant environment for all attendees. Please take note of the following vendor responsibilities:

Vendors are accountable for maintaining a clean area throughout the event.

Please have trash bags readily available for proper disposal of all trash generated by your activity. It's mandatory that all vendors deposit their trash at designated disposal areas throughout the day. The Creepers Car Club will provide garbage receptacles throughout the Fun Run area for disposal of trash generated by attendees. Please refrain from putting trash in bins; all loose trash must be bagged, and all boxes must be broken down and flattened.
Please be advised of the following important information regarding remittance for the Creepers Car Club Fun Run 32:

Creepers Car Club will assess and approve vendors for participation in the event.

Applications are processed in the order they are received, with each application being date-stamped upon receipt.

Kindly note that all fees associated with participation are non-refundable.
